COMMON QUESTIONS

Hot Tub Removal FAQs

Do you remove hot tubs from backyards with no gate access?
Yes. We regularly remove hot tubs from enclosed backyards by carrying disassembled pieces through the house or over a fence. We'll assess access when we arrive and quote accordingly.
Do I need to drain the hot tub before you arrive?
No, draining is included in our service. If you want to drain it yourself ahead of time to speed things up, that's welcome, but it's not required.
Can you disconnect a 220V hard-wired hot tub?
We handle all physical removal work, but electrical disconnection for hard-wired 220V units must be done by a licensed electrician before we arrive. Once power is safely disconnected and capped, we take care of everything else.
How long does hot tub removal take?
Most residential hot tub removals take 1–2 hours. Difficult access, including fenced yards, hillside properties, and narrow driveways, may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when we quote.
Is hot tub removal available same-day?
Same-day hot tub removal is available across San Francisco and San Mateo County when slots are open. Call or book online to check current availability. Hot tubs are a specialty job, so scheduling ahead is recommended.
What happens to the hot tub after you remove it?
We recycle fiberglass shells, wood cabinets, and metal framing whenever possible to minimize what goes to the landfill. Anything that can't be recycled is disposed of responsibly.
